Tarot des Mages Philippe Eberhardt's "Tarot des Mages" is a fascinating blend of illustration and text. Heavily imbued with esoteric symbolism, it begs to be studied closely, in order to discover the many nuances hidden within. The "Mages" tarot was published in 1985, in a limited edition of 3000 copies. 500 of the copies were gold-edged, and were numbered and signed by the artist. The originals were painted in watercolors.
