It seems likely the deck was published -- or at least uses licensed characters from -- the manga published by the Japanese company, Broccoli International. Whether the deck represents a sampling of characters from multiple Broccoli product lines, or just from a single Broccoli series whose name we can't translate, we couldn't say (although we're betting on the latter).
