Designer(s), Artist(s): Dariusz Cecuda
Country of Publication: Poland
Number of Cards: 78
Publication Year: 2003
Publication Status: In Print
Description: Computer-composited photos and graphic elements were utilized to create this 78-card deck that refers to the ancient Indian symbolic tradition and Kabbala. In the corners of the cards appear symbols for corresponding systems, such as astrology, runes, the Hebrew alphabet, and the tree-of-life diagram. The minor arcana cards are illustrated, but are largely devoid of human figures. Touches of the Rider-Waite influence can be seen in some of the card pictures, but many others depart radically, in style if not intended meaning, from the work of Waite and Smith. There is an undercurrent of sensuality -- even eroticism -- in many of the cards.
