The Tarot Garden "Card Credits" Program
|

The Tarot Garden "Card Credits" program
is open to anyone who purchases products from
us. When you enroll in the program, we will keep
track of your purchases and award you "points"
based on the amounts of those purchases.
Occasionally, we may run special promotional
programs that award additional points through
certain limited-time offers.
Your points may then be used to purchase
additional merchandise from our special "Card
Credits" online catalog. There are no additional
costs or fees required to enroll in the program,
but all persons who elect to participate and
receive "Card Credits" must read and agree to
the terms and
conditions of the program. Please read the
following program information carefully before
proceeding with the enrollment process.

How the Program Works

- When you enroll in the "Card Credits"
program, your name is kept in a special database
which tracks the points that you are awarded
through purchases and other special Tarot Garden
offers. The information in the database is kept
confidential, and will only be used for issues
and procedures relating to the Card Credits
program. We will not sell or otherwise
provide your Card Credit information to other
persons or entities for any reason, unless
required to do so by law.
- Each time you place an order and remit
payment, we will award 1 Card Credit per $10
spent. Your credits will only be recorded when
we have confirmed and cleared your payment in
full.
- Card credits are not awarded for amounts
remitted for shipping and insurance fees, escrow
fees, or any fees not related directly to the
price of the item(s) being purchased.
- You may also receive additional Card Credits
through special promotional programs,
- You may check your current Card Credits, and
review the current Card Credit catalog of
merchandise by logging into our special "Card
Credit Members" section.
- You may "cash in" your Card Credits in
exchange for Card Credit catalog merchandise at
any time through our special online "shopping
cart." The amount of Card Credits spent on
merchandise will be subtracted from your total
credits at the time you place your order. If,
for any reason, we are unable to fulfill a Card
Credit catalog order, the equivalent number of
Card Credits will be "refunded" to your
account.
- You may continue to accumulate and spend
Card Credits until you decide to withdraw from
the program, or until such time as the Tarot
Garden decides to discontinue the program.

Terms and Conditions of Participation

Before we can complete your enrollment
in the "card credits" program, you must agree to
the terms and conditions of the program. You
will indicate your agreement by checking the box
next to the words "I acknowledge that I have
read and agree to the participation requirements
as set forth in the program "Terms
and Conditions" when you provide us with
